          I THEATRI DI CVRIONE.</head>

            bauemo voluto mancare di dar maggior chiarezza alle coſe dette da noi; </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s22990" xml:space="preserve">riputando, che chi aſcol-

            ta ò chi legge, non puo hauere altro frutto dell'udita, o della lettura, che lo intendimento. </s>

            è venuta qualche bella occaſione di diſcorrere, non ci ſiamo ſtancati per far, chele coſe fuſſero dette piu chia-

            ramente, che ſi puo. </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s22992" xml:space="preserve">Volendo adunque, che ſi veda eſpeditamente lo effetto del i Theatri di Curione

            (ſecondo che a carte detto hauemo) ponendo la openione di Meſſer France ſco Marcolino, come da lui me- deſmo ci fu eſposta. </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s22993" xml:space="preserve">Dico che egli ſi partirà il Semidiametro del Theatro in parti dieciotto eguali, & </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s22994" xml:space="preserve">ſi comin-

            cierà a numerare dalla circonferenza, & </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s22995" xml:space="preserve">doue termina la ſettima ſopra il detto Semidiametro, iui ſi ſarà il Centro, doue ſi ba

            da coliocare il Perno ſopra il quale i Theatri ſi deono voltare con lo aiuto però de i Ruotoli di Bronzo (come ſi e detto nel pre-
              <lb/>
            allegato luogo)e gli Aβi de'detti Ruotoli vogliono riſpondere al Centro, Cioè al Perno; </s>

            <s xml:id="echoid-s22997" xml:space="preserve">mācandoſi di queſt'ordine, pare che

            impoßibil ſia, con quanta forza vi ſi può mettere, che i Theatri ſi voltino; </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s22998" xml:space="preserve">Auuertendo, che i Cardini, o Perni ſiano posti l'un
              <lb/>
            all'incontro dell'altro a linea dritta (come qui ſotto ſi vede) la diſtanza de i detti Perni ſerà di due Semidiametri, & </s>

              <lb/>
            ma ottaua parte del Semidiametro diuiſo, & </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s23000" xml:space="preserve">uogliono eſſer voltati come dice Plinio a uicenda, cioè l'uno prima, & </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s23001" xml:space="preserve">l'altro da-
              <lb/>
            poi, & </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s23002" xml:space="preserve">lo iſteſſo ſi puo fare del Theatro Latino, con il Theatro G

            reco, e di due Greci, come de i due Latini. </s>

            mo dato un poco piu
              <unsure/>
            di ſpacio (di quello che hauemo detto di ſopra)tra l'uno Perno, & </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s23004" xml:space="preserve">l’altro; </s>
            <s xml:id="echoid-s23005" xml:space="preserve">per riſpetto del piano, che è diſſe-
              <lb/>
            guale per la piega, che fa la carta nella legatura del Libro.</s>
